RETURN POLICY

Fixture trusts that you will be satisfied with the merchandise you purchase through our website. However, if for any reason you must return an item purchased on the web, you may do so within 14 days of receipt for a store credit or a refund in the form of the payment you used to purchase the item. You will be credited for the cost of the merchandise plus any additional taxes, but we will not refund your shipping costs.
  1. Contact our shop at 773.244.3100 or shopfixture.laura@gmail.com to notify us of the return and to receive a return authorization number.
  2. Enclose the item with the return authorization number on outside of packaging. Please take care to pack the item well as to prevent any damage.
  3. Please allow one week following our email receipt of returned goods for your account to be credited.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. If another delivery carrier is requested, we will charge shipping based on that carrier's rates. We also offer free customer pickup.
